Great Car, Great Dealership Bought a new 2014 C-Max Hybrid. Car rides, feels and is equipped like a luxury car but gets mid-40s for gas mileage. I have driven a Prius and it fe Bought a new 2014 C-Max Hybrid. Car rides, feels and is equipped like a luxury car but gets mid-40s for gas mileage. I have driven a Prius and it felt like a cheap, tinny car with little clown car wheels. The C-Max felt solid, was roomy, fully equipped and the dealership price was a lot less than I expected for a car so well equipped. I am tall with long legs and both the front and back seats have plenty of head and leg room for me. The car is for the wife, but I am always looking for excuses to drive it. My only knock on the car is the voice activated Siri. Why Siri? This a Microsoft system, where's Cortana? Siri is a little deaf and stubborn. Fortunately, you can still use the old-fashioned buttons to run the radio and change the temperature. The salesman, Micheal Havey was relaxed and not pushy at all (hate pushy salesmen). Dealing with Linda in finance was like meeting an old friend. Bottom line: Great Car, Great Dealership. I know where my next new car is coming from. P.S. Ironically, we were at the dealership at the same time as Mr. Escaffi and since our car was parked next to the one he was buying, we were walking around and looking at his new car. More
Exceeded my expectations! We stop at the Ted Britt Ford Dealer in Fairfax, VA on Sunday September 28 at 5 pm. with a 2010 Honda Fit damaged in a car accident. My wife's car go We stop at the Ted Britt Ford Dealer in Fairfax, VA on Sunday September 28 at 5 pm. with a 2010 Honda Fit damaged in a car accident. My wife's car got hit on the back and pushed towards the car in front of her while she was driving to pick up my 7 year old son from school. Due to the accident we decided to shop for a bigger and safer car. My credit was not so good so we had no idea what our options were. That was our first stop and we expected to be driving around to different dealer to find our best option. It was 7.30 pm when we drew home in a 2015 Ford Escape with Zero Down, and a payment even lower than what we were paying for our Honda. I have been a Lexus driver since 2002 and I can honestly say that this Ford Truck Escape Exceeded my expectation! I would certainly recommend them. Fernando J. Escaffi Sr. More

My sales rep, ED DAVIS, was knowledgeable, I had a seamless, wonderful experience at Ted Britt Ford when I purchased my brand new Ford Fusion hybrid. My sales rep, ED DAVIS, was knowledgeable, down to earth, helpful, honest, and friendly. Ed wasn't your typical sleezy, fast-talking car salesman--we loved that about him. AL ALQAISI (I forgot how to spell his last name) was the one that navigated our the finance/warranty process. He was also fantastic--a true professional. Based on the employee-dedicated signs throughout the show room, he seems to be multi-talented and works both in sales and in finance. My husband has an MBA, and AL quite easily spoke his "finance" language through the process. Overall, my experience was great. I plan to recommend Ted Britt (and Ed and Al in particular) to my friends and family. THANK YOU!!! More

Good Experience I have not purchased a car in over 12 years and this was a pleasant experience. We did haggle over price but it was not an antagonistic experience at I have not purchased a car in over 12 years and this was a pleasant experience. We did haggle over price but it was not an antagonistic experience at all. The sales person, Kyle Goodman, was open to a discussion of what any shortcomings of different vehicles so we could get a good picture. Roxanne Wilson in finance was fantastic with finding great financing for us at a very low rate. And Nina Ross went over all the features of the electronics to help us get up to speed a bit. I am not sure we absorbed it all since we are unfamiliar with the touch screens, but a great opportunity to learn with her guidance. She does not know this yet, but I am likely to call her to review again. More

From what I observed some of this time could be avoided if there was a better system in place to get the customer out the door after the deal is made. Suggest in TBF in getting an outside consulting firm to look into this issue. I have been told by fellow TBF employees that this is not unusual time to be delayed. It takes routinely takes 3 or more hours. Certainly puts a damper in wanting to buy at TBF again. More
