Easiest Car Buying Day Ever I was looking to getting a 2014 Escape to replace my 2010. The day started with Karwan listening to the type of vehicle that my wife and I wants to h I was looking to getting a 2014 Escape to replace my 2010. The day started with Karwan listening to the type of vehicle that my wife and I wants to have and the features we have to have. Instead of just going from vehicle to vehicle on what's on the lot, he processed what we wanted and showed us 3 vehicle that would satisfy us. Then Nina explained to us what options are available. Then the "dreaded" finance part. Well guess what? It did not turn out that way. I told Roxanne what we can afford. She and her finance coworkers made all the research. An hour or so later I was out and about. All in all, the process was less than 3 hours. I have bought many cars during my brief lifetime and this is the easiest and fastest I have ever had. I even bought my last vehicle from the same company but different location and I have to admit, I was not happy then. But I gave the Britts another chance as I know from friends that they were happy with how they were treated. Sure enough this time around it was great. In fact post sales, the team still worked with me. Karwan made sure I know everything about my vehicle (the new sync is sweeeeet! Just wish it had a built in hard drive like my 2010). Nina helped me out with the undercarriage rust proof scheduling and loaner car when the original schedule cannot be met. The staff was great. Bottom line is Ted Britt Ford's staff are great. Every car dealership are the same across the board. They are a for profit business and will make sure they can get as much as they can from you. They will up sell you stuff and there will be many fees involved. Every dealership will be charging you just about the same and final tally if compared with other dealers will be within a $100 bucks. So in my opinion no matter where you go for new vehicles, you will be within the same range of final cost. What I have received from this, against my other many experiences in car buying, is that the service I have received. I got more bang for my bucks (Yeah I hear you Mustang owners). What you get from this dealership is a no hassle, easy sale. I hope to work with the same people when my 97 F150 tells me its time for him to retire. Thanks again Ted Britt crew. More

Gary Funk , a One in a Million Employee I have encountered frustration in the few times I have needed to contact Ted Britt Fairfax. Using your automated phone system has been frustrating t I have encountered frustration in the few times I have needed to contact Ted Britt Fairfax. Using your automated phone system has been frustrating to say the least, whether I have needed to be connected to Service to schedule service/recall notification, or checking to see if an ordered trailer hitch is in stock before driving to get it. Another time, I just needed to find out which IPod to purchase that would connect with the InSync system.....all models are not able to! For such few issues over the past two years I have had the car, it has been a convoluted system and overly difficult. I have never experienced this before at other dealerships. That being said, I do love my 2012 Ford Edge and as long as I have Gary Funk to handle my car's needs, I will continue to be loyal to your dealership. He is extraordinarily professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He gave me his direct phone line, so now the 1-800 system will be by-passed. Perhaps he could give lessons in efficiency to the front desk! Ted Britt Fairfax is very lucky to have an employee of this calibre! More

Tom Ross and his wife Nina made purchasing the new 2014 Fusion that much better. I absolutely love my car, everything about it makes me smile and the payments are right where I wanted them to be. I am a recent graduate and they worked with me on my credit, and my down payment and my rebates to order to ensure that my dream car was exactly what I wanted. I can't thank them enough. Jennifer in finance was amazing as well, she explained and carried out the process of financing like a champ, she was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and sweet.
