He is very friendly and honestly listened and cared about our needs and wants while purchasing a new vehicle and even called a few days later to see that we were enjoying our new purchase. 2nd FINANCE DEPARTMENT: Natasha and Linda the two of you go over and above to make sure customers are not only happy but completely satisfied. Kyle Goodman helped me at Ted Britt Ford. Kyle was very welcoming and knowledgable about the product line, but was not overbearing regarding the sale. Kyle gave me regular updates of their inventory as my focus narrowed to a particular trim line and then the specific truck. Once I decided to purchase the truck, Kyle and the Ted Britt management team worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be. During the purchase process, met with Nina, Natasha, and Linda (financing) who were all pleasant to deal with and very knowledgable in their fields. The entire team at Ted Britt Ford made a.normally dreadful process into a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford product. More
