Worst ever We came in ready to buy and waited 2/12 hours only to be greeted by a sarcastic finance person who knew nothing about our deal. We left the dealership because a rude manager barged into her office after we waited hours to get there. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. There were loads of sales men just hanging around, some lady trying to upsell us on coating for $2900 and a horrible overall experience. It is too bad because we wanted the car and had the cash payment ready to roll. (Our sales rep wasn't the real problem. It was the overall buying experience.) Whoever the manager on duty was, he is a big, bad bully. More

The Focus I was most interested in was taken from the Fairfax dealership to the Chantilly dealership between the time I looked at it and the time I went to go test drive it. Eric went down the Chantilly dealership after I the left the dealership and made sure the car was at the Fairfax dealership by the time I arrived at the dealership the next afternoon. Eric was awesome the entire time. He wasn't pushy, was upfront and honest with me, and was willing to work with me to get the price I needed for the car. Best salesman I've ever dealt with. Jennifer Moccaldi in finance was also so nice to work with, and she made the paperwork process easy. She gave her honest opinion on what extras I would maybe want, but didn't push me into anything. Overall, I had a great experience buying my car at Ted Britt Ford. More

From the moment I inquired about the models I was interested in, I was met with great customer service from Jenny Kueny and Lucy White from the internet team. Upon going to the dealership, I was met by Pat Cantwell to assist me. He was not "pushy," and asked what I was looking for in a car. From Jenny, to Lucy, and now to Pat, it is clear that they care about their customers, and that is why I will undoubtedly be recommending the dealership. Pat showed me all of the models, with the optional features, I explained I would like. He was patient, and answered all of my questions, and informed me of all of the great supplemental benefits at Ted Britt Fairfax Ford, such as loaner vehicles, among many other things. When I made my decision, knowing that the price was fair after comparative shopping via the web, I was then helped by Linda Lafontaine in finance. During the process, she was so respectful and kind, as well as patient as she answered all questions. Natasha Kapoor from finance was very helpful as well. As the process was wrapping up, Nina Ross explained the Syncmyride program, which is really great! She also explained all of the other features of the model, as well as anything extra the dealership offers--which is a lot, like the loaner vehicles mentioned above. All of the aforementioned individuals did not pressure me at all, and definitely ensured my needs and wants were met, then some! She answered ever question I had, didn't pressure me at all, and has a wonderful personality. It is actually because of Alicia's excellent customer service that I chose to do business with Ted Britt. When I went into the dealership everything flowed very well. Steve Solomon was an excellent sales representative. He worked very hard to help me finalize the price of the SUV I purchased. Steve also helped me secure the Escape that fit my needs from the Chantilly dealership. In addition to Steve, Linda Lafontaine and Nina Ross were equally as fantastic. Overall I had a fantastic experience and will do business with Ted Britt Ford again in the future. More
