Ted Britt wanted our business and it showed. They went above and beyond to find the car that we wanted while the other dealer was happy to make us wait 6-8 weeks for an order. Dave Donley was a very patient, low pressure sales person. We were a bit concerned about how carseats and boosters would fit in the Explorer and Dave patiently assisted as we tried all of our seats and reconfigured and measured and compared. He even went as far as doing an internet search for the dimensions of booster seats. In the end we determined an Explorer just wasn't big enough for our growing family and thanks to Ford's awesome rebate program and Ted Britt's pricing we were able to purchase an Expedition. Throughout the entire process Dave was very respectful of our decisions and never tried to pressure us into buying something just to make a sale. He was great with our kids too! We would highly recommend Dave Donley and Ted Britt. More
Senior Citizen's Needs I had a 2010 Ford focus stolen about 2 months ago....I took a cab to Ted Britt Ford and told them that I needed a car for cash as I was desperate. I t I had a 2010 Ford focus stolen about 2 months ago....I took a cab to Ted Britt Ford and told them that I needed a car for cash as I was desperate. I then drove off the lot in a 2008 Chevie Aveo. I must say that this Chevie had a LONNNGGG list of reasons why it was unsuitable and after a couple of weeks, Yesterday, I took it back to Ted Britt and asked them to assess my needs and I now have a FABULOUS 2012 Black Focus. I stressed the fact that I had bought about 7 cars from them over the years as I would always trust the Maintenance Dept Jennifer was in the finance dept and she was very sensitive to my financial needs and allowed me to keep some savings in my original bank account. Eddie is apparently new and he "bent over backwards" to detail my car without unnecessary expense. He filled the car with gas and both of them were exceptional in their Customer Service Skills. Bought a 2014 Escape Originally visited dealership in October 2013 to purchase a 2014 Escape for the wife. For whatever reason the car's features overwhelmed her. Excellent experience I brought my 2004 Taurus in for repair and state inspection. Was able to schedule the appoitment easily on-line. Amazing Experience w/ the Gold Team I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, and was it was in need of some under warranty repairs. I initially took it back to the dealershi I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, and was it was in need of some under warranty repairs. I initially took it back to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and they didn't fix my car at all. They said they did repairs that they didn't do and gave me back my car in worse condition than I left it. I called Ted Britt and spoke with John Napier (mechanic) and Jeff Bird and they jumped at the chance to help me, treated me like family and acted as if I had purchased the car from Ted Britt vs another dealership. They have my business for sure in the future when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. My car was repaired to my liking and now drives amazingly. I love that they didn't give me a hard time and fixed my car within a day and followed through with every promise they made me. Thank you John Napier, Jeff Bird, Miles and the rest of the Gold Team for making me a very happy customer. Words can't express just how grateful I am for all of your help. Truly amazing! More
