Awful purchase First off, where do I begin great people who work there especially Gary in service. But the over vehicle I purchased which was a 2014 escape se 4wd wa First off, where do I begin great people who work there especially Gary in service. But the over vehicle I purchased which was a 2014 escape se 4wd was not worth the 27k they sold it for. My SUV has literally been serviced for warranty/manufacture defects at least 4 different occasions. I've only had the vehicle since December of 2013 which is kind of ridiculous . I've talked to corporate I've talked to district mangers and they still can't make me happy now it's back in service again for another freaking defect I'm over this car and dealer. I'm never buying a ford again we tried to keep dealer loyalty and traded for crap. The sad part is there not doing anything except just cover and say it's a defect and it can be fixed. Who wants to have to keep bringing there brand new car back for manufacture defects. Can we say Lemon law I'm over it. Really and i mean really do you research before you buy a ford! More

I would be lying if I said I enjoyed buying a new car, but I certainly didn't mind it. I came in on four occasions: twice to test drive, one to negotiate, and once to seal the deal. Every time I was greeted with smiles at the door, offered help by several employees, given all the information I wanted to make an informed decision and was never under any pressure to make any quick decisions and ultimately feel I got a great deal. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Ted Britt. More
