Horrible Experience! After my wife picked up her vehicle for service and on her way home with our children, she discovered the hood was not properly latched while travelin After my wife picked up her vehicle for service and on her way home with our children, she discovered the hood was not properly latched while traveling on I-66. She had to pull over on a busy freeway, get out of the vehicle while endangering herself to secure the hood. This is something the service department should have ensured was done prior to her departure. Unfortunately, she was not able to secure the hood and had to return to the dealership. The service manager was able to secure the hood, but after telling her she was never in danger because the hood was latched in place by the secondary latch even though the primary was not engaged. According to the service manager, these things do not fail and he tried to downplay the situation. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in how he handled the situation. There was obviously an issue with there quality control procedures to the point where people's lives are in danger. I do not recommend this service department as they are extremely unprofessional and have no regard for customer satisfaction. I fear no one will be held accountable for this potentially fatal mistake and the fact the service manager acted like it was not a big deal. I would like to know how he would have felt if his family was in a similar situation. Additionally, after my wife left the dealership for the second time, I called the service manager and questioned him about the situation. He told me, "things like this happen." I find this extremely disappointing. We are entrusting Ted Britt with the service of our vehicle with the expectation it will be returned in the best possible condition and in the safest manner to operate. Clearly, they do not have the same expectations and mediocrity is their standard. I cannot say enough how Ted Britt's Fairfax service department is one of the worst customer oriented places and I do not recommend this location! More

Ted Britt offered the best prices, had a handful of vehicles that fit our criteria, gave us a fare price for our trade-in, and our first impressions were great because of our salesman, Bernie, which made us come back. Bernie did not pressure us into doing anything and did not call us everyday to check in, which other dealers annoyingly did do to us. Bernie helped find the perfect car for us at the perfect price, and he was incredibly accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend Bernie and will not hesitate to call him whenever we need to buy another car. We also worked with Lisa Light after our purchase, and she was also great to work with, prompt to respond to e-mails, and very accommodating.
