Ted Britt offered the best prices, had a handful of vehicles that fit our criteria, gave us a fare price for our trade-in, and our first impressions were great because of our salesman, Bernie, which made us come back. Bernie did not pressure us into doing anything and did not call us everyday to check in, which other dealers annoyingly did do to us. Bernie helped find the perfect car for us at the perfect price, and he was incredibly accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend Bernie and will not hesitate to call him whenever we need to buy another car. We also worked with Lisa Light after our purchase, and she was also great to work with, prompt to respond to e-mails, and very accommodating. Overall, we had a really wonderful first time car buying experience at Ted Britt Ford. More

Keep it in the Family Going back to my grandparents, we have been getting our Fords from Ted Britt. So of course, they were my first stop. Did all of our test driving locally and knew what we wanted to buy. Local dealers were not willing to offer such great deals as Ted Britt in Fairfax, VA. My husband spoke with Alison, negotiated a deal and we were on the road to Fairfax. She assigned Tom Ross as our salesman. Tom took us to look over the Explorer and we were on our way to signing the necessary papers. The team from Finance (Jennifer and Linda and Matthew) were very knowledgeable. Out of state registration was not a problem for the team. The only down side to our day was that it took a few hours to complete our deal. Ted Britt is a really busy place at the end of the month, To top our day off, Nina Ross did a super job in teaching us how to use all the gadgets and electronics in our new Explorer. We would highly recommend the team at Ted Britt Ford. What a package Deal!!!! Thanks Team!!!! More

Holy Britt! Prior to coming to the Britt Ford location in Fairfax, I went to a competitor Ford Dealer who's owner is named Krystal. After seeing Krystal's bill a Prior to coming to the Britt Ford location in Fairfax, I went to a competitor Ford Dealer who's owner is named Krystal. After seeing Krystal's bill and unnecessary amount of work I pulled the job from her and went to Ted Britt. For the main repair, Ted Britt was half the price of what Krystal was charging and there was no unnecessary work added to my car at Britt Ford. Overall, my repairs came in at 1/3 the price I was quoted at their competitor due to the fact that Ted Britt didn't tack on additional charges/work. The auto tech Brian did quality work, their service was great, and I'm happy with the price and work done. I'll very much enjoy doing business with Ted Britt again. More
