Trailer hitch installed as part of used car sale deal Bought our used 2014 Ford Explorer LTD in June. Part of the deal was the installation of a trailer hitch. I was scheduled and called by Mike Britt. I Bought our used 2014 Ford Explorer LTD in June. Part of the deal was the installation of a trailer hitch. I was scheduled and called by Mike Britt. I dropped of the Explorer in the service lane. I was greeted kindly. I checked in with Jeff Bird. I was provided a loaner. Gary Funk was able to show me a pic of what the hitch would look like. I was pleased. Mike Britt called me before noon to say that the Explorer was finished! Returned the loaner-no problems. Thanks Ted Britt Ford for such prompt service! More

I was contacted by Aaron from internet sales to talk about what type of car I wanted. Then, we set-up an appointment because I was flying in and had no car. When I walked in I was greeted by Patrick Denicola and he was my salesperson from there on out. We found the car I had asked for and drove it. I fell in love with it. Their no hassle pricing really made it easy to say yes to the price. Alexis was nice and really knew the car and the features it had to offer. Dave Donley, the salesman I worked with, was phenomenal. He truly took into consideration what I was looking for, my price range, overall my experience, and that fact that this is my first car. I definitely recommend you ask for Dave, he'll not only absolutely listen to what you are looking for, he'll make the process as easy and understandable as he can. He definitely cares about his clients. Lisa Light came into the picture informing me of programs Ted Britt offers and advising me on the warranty and protection for my new "used" vehicle. I knew I'd like her from the start, her bubbly charisma and down to earth personality made me feel right at home. She's definitely someone I'll be calling in the future for maintenance and service. Financing was definitely the part I was dreading. Both Jennifer Moccaldi and Natasha Kapoor made the process a whole lot less intimidating. The pair seemed super optimistic and made the entire financing experience as delightful as it can be. I definitely recommend checking into Ted Britt, I couldn't have asked for better. More
