When It came to financing my vehicle, Linda and Natasha really were the ones who made it possible. They were able to show me all the options available to me and broke them down piece by piece identifying the strengths and weaknesses. They were both truly amazing and are fantastic at what they do. They really go through the extra effort to ensure that you understand and that you are getting the best deal possible. Overall Moses, Linda, and Natasha made my experience at Tedd Britt the best experience possible. They were great. I highly recommend all of them. More

Sales associate Marcus Castellanos was patient, calm, low key, good natured. He showed us every vehicle on the lot meeting our requirements and clearly explained alternatives. We were comfortable with the entire sales process. Sales Manager Khalid Shah was fair and reasonable in final price negotiation. While he was one step removed, in our brief contact he was highly professional. Finance Manger Roxanne Wilson handled sales of extended warranty and maintenance contracts, in addition to her role of approving financing and the pile of legal and contract documents involved in a vehicle sale. She was direct, straight-forward. Clearly explained the purpose of each document, and most efficient in moving through the process. She tailored her sales pitch to our driving needs, again with no pressure. Very pleasant experience. More

New to Ford Family - Great Truck & Great Price I had a general interest in the F150 for a while and my warranty was up on my car. Decided to go the truck or SUV route. Ended up falling in love with the F150 Limited and got just that. Ted Britt had the most selection and best price in the area. After weeks of consideration, test drives, and being busy I bought the truck. It had a few minor scratches in it despite only have 30 miles on the clock. I just got the truck back from having all the minor issues fixed so that I was at 100%. Couldn't be happier right now. More
