I wasn't sure which vehicle I even wanted and he explained the pros and cons of the 3 I was considering. He quoted me prices, got me financing and set me up with the car salesman. He made my car buying experience incredibly easy and relaxing. Bernie Finan was the most helpful and attentive car salesman I ever met. He really wanted to make sure that I knew how to use the car properly and how everything worked. Allison was very friendly and Roxanne was as well. I really enjoyed my buying experience at Ted Britt Ford. More

Making a stressful car buying experience easier. This is the second car we have bought from Pat at Ted Britt Ford. The customer service we received during our previous buying and servicing experienc This is the second car we have bought from Pat at Ted Britt Ford. The customer service we received during our previous buying and servicing experience was great, so we called Pat to set up an appointment to test drive an Escape(one of four small SUVs we were looking at). Pat is someone who is easy to communicate , is very patient, takes the time to explain all the options available on the vehicle, specials as well as financing options. Linda, the Finance Manager, was a great source of information and made sure that we received the best financing option by checking the pricing with full rebates and partial rebates. Everyone we came in contact during our buying experience was helpful and professional. When looking for a vehicle in the future, we will definitely return to Ted Britt. More

Product Knowledge I was impressed with Mr. Bernie Finan's depth of product knowledge on Ford vehicles. Bernie is a great and friendly communicator but he also knows his I was impressed with Mr. Bernie Finan's depth of product knowledge on Ford vehicles. Bernie is a great and friendly communicator but he also knows his stuff from his many years of working for Ford Motor Company and selling Ford cars. My wife and I were both equally impressed with Mr. Finan's courtesy and with patiently showing us all the bells and whistles found on a new loaded Ford Escape "Titanium". Wonderful experience From start to finish, the experience I had buying a car at Ted Britt Ford was excellent. Frederick made is feel welcome and answered all of our quest From start to finish, the experience I had buying a car at Ted Britt Ford was excellent. Frederick made is feel welcome and answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us as we are very deliberate shoppers, especially for large purchases. He made sure we found the car that we wanted and didn't settle or ask us to settle for anything less. In the end he found us our perfect car. Both he and Brian worked with us to get the numbers to where they were comfortable for all parties involved and we ended up driving home in a new car that day. Lisa was so much fun to work with. She explained all of the add-ons, etc. and made sure I was comfortable with all of the features before I left. She helped me get my phone synced up with my car and made sure I understood how they worked together. I have also had questions since my purchase and she has been very helpful and responsive. Linda made the stress and anxiety of purchasing a vehicle very easy. She was very easy to work with and made sure we understood all of the financial information through the process. We weren't planning on buying a car that day and didn't have much of the information we needed for our trade with us. She worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and was accommodating to the fact that we would need to come back the following day to completely finalize things. As the title says, this was a wonderful experience. I usually have great stress and anxiety when making large purchases such as this and they made the experience very nice. Thank you all. I love my new car! More
