I was very disappointed to see the 685$ processing fee on the contract at the end after we had spent some time trying to find a price that worked for both of us. Simply posting 1000 signs stating that this fee is for the work you do to obtain financing is insufficient. I will not belabor the point as I am sure this factors in to your margin of the car or truck significantly, but I believe you should make it quite clear during the negotiation process that this fee is to be part of the price. Otherwise your team is top notch and made this a very pleasant experience. More

This was my fourth truck purchase from Ted Britt. I called Jeff Cain and Steve Seymour in service, as I have dealt with them for over thirty years. They set me up with Eric Suter to be my salesman. I arrived early and was greeted promptly by Eric. He had a nice selection already picked out for me to look at. I found the right truck within 5 minutes. Steve Seymour sat with me until the deal was worked out. I later dealt with Lisa Light and Linda Lafontaine and it went smoothly. I was on the road with my new truck by noon.
