The best car purchasing experience! I recently traded in my 1998 Jeep Cherokee at Ted Britt Ford for a brand new, 2014 Ford Fiesta! I have never purchased a new car before, so I was ver I recently traded in my 1998 Jeep Cherokee at Ted Britt Ford for a brand new, 2014 Ford Fiesta! I have never purchased a new car before, so I was very cautious- understandably! The team at Ted Britt was great, and Eric Suter was with me every step of the way. As soon as I contacted him, he made me feel at ease. He even went out and counted the number of cup holders in the Fiesta that I was interested in! (There are 5, in case you were wondering!) The test driving experience was great, and Eric made me feel very comfortable- even though I was nervous about driving a brand new car on the busy road. As soon as I started driving the Fiesta, I told Eric that this car was the one for me! Even though Eric was busy, since it was Memorial Day weekend, he took the time to show me all of the features of the Fiesta, and even helped me with the Sync setup! The trade in process was a breeze, and everybody that I spoke with at Ted Britt made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Since I have never purchased a car from a dealership before, I did need some help understanding the paperwork. Eric helped explain many of these things to me, and he never once made me feel embarrassed about not knowing what certain things meant! Overall, I totally recommend Ted Britt Ford, and on my way out I made sure to grab a few of Eric's business cards- because I know I will be sending many people his way! He even texted me for the first few days to make sure I knew how to operate the Sync system, and to ask if I was happy with my new car. I have always been a fan of Jeeps, but I think I am now a converted Fiesta fan! More

Nina gave me a very detailed overview of how to use the Ford Sync and both she and Mitch told me to not hesitate to contact them if I had questions that came up after owning and driving the vehicle for a few weeks. Alexis was my initial contact person over the internet and made sure to check in during the purchase process to introduce herself and see how things were going. Natasha in finance was also very personable and was even able to offer a finance rate that was better than my pre-approved credit union financing for the same loan term. More

And he did not require me to make any commitment to reserve the car. It was Ted Britt's car if I didn't like it when I saw it. However I did like it. And from being told the car had landed at Ted Britt to driving it off the lot was under 4 hours! Simple, quick and professional. Recommend it. More

I had gone to other dealers (Ourisman) in particular when I had test drove cars and was not quite sure if this which car I truly wanted and would ask the associate to give me a minute so that my husband and I could discuss it. They would kind of hang around trying to hear the conversation or step a few inches away and in less than a minute would ask so have you decided yet. They used pressure methods like if you don't hurry up and decide then some one else is going to come and buy this car from under you. This was my first time buying a car and my sales associate Dave was excellent. Dave did not rush my husband and I he gave us time and space to discuss whatever issues that we needed to talk about. If we test drove one car and felt that it was not the car for us then he recommended other vehicles that was similar that we may like. He help to take the stress out of buying a car. Lisa and Roxanne were also very helpful in the final stages of the purchase of my vehicle. Roxanne found out how much I had to work with and was very instrumental in getting my what I needed and wanted for my new purchase. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. While sitting in Roxanne's office I was mentioning to my husband that I had had a type of coffee that they offered and how I wanted to have another cup and this gentleman that was standing just outside of Roxanne's door offered and went and got me the cup of coffee. I had been shopping for almost a month for a car and I only wish that I had gone on Ted Britt's website sooner. This is a dealer ship that I would truly recommend to someone who was in the market to buy and car and yes I would recommend that the ask for Dave. More
Good service, but 2 days for an oil change is silly We had a basic service appointment for our 2012 Fusion Hybrid last week. Nothing special, just an oil change, tire rotation, and systems checkouts - We had a basic service appointment for our 2012 Fusion Hybrid last week. Nothing special, just an oil change, tire rotation, and systems checkouts - the kind of stuff you get at Jiffy Lube. We got to the dealership at 9:30 (on time), and left our car, having been told we would be called when it was ready. We waited for the call until mid-afternoon. Whoops. It won't be ready until 5PM. We had plans for the evening, and had to leave it overnight. Now I can understand having to leave a car overnight if you have to order parts, but not when you're getting an oil change and you arrived on time for an early morning appointment. More
