I first contacted Ted Britt to get info on a particular Ford Focus SE I was interested in buying and to ask about pricing for similar models. My first time calling I reached a sales associate whom was more interested in getting me in the door then answering the few questions I had. I decided not to setup an appointment. Since I live in Maryland I wanted to make absolutely sure the car I wanted was in my price range and the VIP pricing was legitimate, these were some of the lowest prices up and down the east coast. I called once more and this time I spoke to Shaw Seraj. I was very blunt with Mr. Shaw and told him my situation, I just wanted an on the road price, tax,tags and no BS. He asked for 5 minutes to run the numbers and call me back. He called me back not in a couple of hours, not 20 minutes, exactly 5 minutes and not a minute later. He gave me an on the road price of 16,433 with moon roof, winter package, and ford sync. The Price Shaw quoted me was unheard of, I was looking close to 17,000 for a base model SE with no options at local dealerships in Baltimore. We went down to Ted Britt during their big memorial week sale and purchased the car with no hassles, no gimmicks or smoke an mirrors that some dealerships do to get you in the door. Shaw was a straight shooter and solid professional salesman, He was very polite and informative through the whole process from start to finish. I recommend Ted Britt for huge savings and Shaw Seraj for excellent customer service. More
