6 Month Service Check Overall, everything went well. My wife had our car towed to the dealer because of a key malfunction. Since we were a little past due for service I f Overall, everything went well. My wife had our car towed to the dealer because of a key malfunction. Since we were a little past due for service I figured I would have the service team do the 6 month service check as well. Everything seemed to be checked and inspected to my standards. 2 things that I Noticed that I was not expecting upon my arrival on May 27(memorial day Tuesday). first, There was a case to what i believe is the battery or something under the hood that was left under the drivers seat(its still there). Ive been on crutches and havent been able to investigate. and Second, I was hoping that My car would have been washed. I may be asking a bit much but when all of my friends and family pick there cars up from various dealerships from being serviced one thing i always respect and appreciate is how they take the time to wash your car. Maybe I'm outdated in my thinking, but I was really looking forward to a clean car especially since it was my first experience with the service team. Maybe i need to scale back my expectations? Overall The car is running great which is paramount. Thank you More

Service Visit I encountered many friendly and helpful employees. Anybody passing by would check to see if there was anything they could help me with. A minor misu I encountered many friendly and helpful employees. Anybody passing by would check to see if there was anything they could help me with. A minor misunderstanding about the price of the service was quickly corrected I felt like I was in good hands with Gary and Nicole. There was a guy at the parts desk that helped me also. I don't see his picture above but he was very easy to work with too. I have a part arriving tomorrow morning for my vehicle. More

Professional and Friendly Service I was interested in just looking at a new car for my long commute. Al came to me, introducd himself, found out what I was interested in and took me ri I was interested in just looking at a new car for my long commute. Al came to me, introducd himself, found out what I was interested in and took me right to the perfect car. He was very professional, knew about the car and kept working to find what I would want. But the first car he took me to was exactly what I needed. We took it for a spin, I took it through its paces and knew I would be happy wth it. We went back to the office and worked out the price that we both could live with. It was all very friendly, in a business like fashion. After I went through the business office paperwork he helped me get a second key and my registration (which i almost took aff without! Too big of a hurry to hit the road). very happy experience. More

Great Service Department After having a terrible buying experience at Ted Britt Ford, I was reluctant to get my car serviced there as well. Especially since I live closer to a After having a terrible buying experience at Ted Britt Ford, I was reluctant to get my car serviced there as well. Especially since I live closer to a Jerry's Ford and only went to Ted Britt because my mom had bought a car from there. Needless to say, the service department there change my entire perspective of Ted Britt Ford. They were helpful, kind, accommodating to my work schedule, they did a great job, and I feel like they are honest, unlike most service centers who try to get every dollar out of you. Now I would definitely recommend Ted Britt, mostly for their service department! More
