Great Service Department After having a terrible buying experience at Ted Britt Ford, I was reluctant to get my car serviced there as well. Especially since I live closer to a After having a terrible buying experience at Ted Britt Ford, I was reluctant to get my car serviced there as well. Especially since I live closer to a Jerry's Ford and only went to Ted Britt because my mom had bought a car from there. Needless to say, the service department there change my entire perspective of Ted Britt Ford. They were helpful, kind, accommodating to my work schedule, they did a great job, and I feel like they are honest, unlike most service centers who try to get every dollar out of you. Now I would definitely recommend Ted Britt, mostly for their service department! More

He is very friendl My wife and I recently had a great experience purchasing a new Ford Escape at Ted Britt Ford. Our sales associate was Al Alqaisi. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and their features. He worked with us two days in a row to get us all of our desired features (and specific color) for the right price. Kudos to Al. We worked with Linda Lafontaine to finance our vehicle. Once again Linda was a pleasure to work with and she put forth a great effort to get us the absolute lowest interest rate. Linda took time to make sure we understood all of the information about the finance process. Linda has a great personality and working with her felt like you were with a friend. Both Al and Linda really helped us get the best overall deal. I honestly feel that if you receive great service, you should share the info. That is why I wrote this review. I would highly recommend requesting to work with Al and Linda if you are interested in a car at Ted Britt Ford. More

Dave was a pleasure to work with and very low key with no pressure. He answered all my questions that I had and on follow up visits helped me get what I needed. Matt was very thorough and explained each step of the finance process and helped me get the best loan available. Kwin was exceptionally helpful in explaining the Sync features and got my Bluetooth phone connected quickly. I have no reservations in recommending this wonderful team that got my into my new car! Mistake after Mistake The 3 sales guys Shaw, Khalid & Michael were all very nice. Mike was especially very personable. I shopped over 2 days & made my decision. That's when The 3 sales guys Shaw, Khalid & Michael were all very nice. Mike was especially very personable. I shopped over 2 days & made my decision. That's when the mistakes started. I come in at 11am on day 3 to process the paperwork... They have the wrong color car paperwork in my folder, their computers get blamed for not moving quick enough, then the method of down payment was in question. I had all my ducks in a row before entering the dealership & even discussed my method of down payment with 2 of the 3 salesmen. The finance lady had a difficult time masking her frustration and anger. I then decided against the whole deal because they made promises that could not be kept. After more time and talking to more people, my method of down payment was approved. By this time my experience started to feel bad, and I decided to decline the $3700 mechanical warranty. I started to think the finance lady just wanted me to leave. She even said "I have to re do all this paperwork." with annoyance in her voice & body language. She asked my 77yr old father & I to leave her office while she re did this paperwork. I had to get my father some lunch, so I asked the 2 sales guys if she had our paperwork ready, and they were unable to locate Linda. We waited until 2:30pm... Mind you we arrived at 11am... I did end up leaving and returning after lunch as promised. They moved my car back with the other cars, and Linda had not even started the new paperwork. More
