From the moment we met Bernie to the final paperwork, everything was done on a professional level and it all worked seamlessly. My husband wanted an experienced salesman. Bernie absolutely fit the description. He helped us each time we visited whether for a test drive or just to answer questions when we called him. He was tops and I would recommend him to my friends. Linda was very professional, outgoing and down to earth. She is the type of person you feel like you've known for a long time. There were many papers to complete but she went step by step and the work was over before we knew it. Customer service was tops and she was very friendly. Jennifer also demonstrated great customer service skills - friendly, professional and willing to help whether we need her now or in the future. I hope this gets to the people listed above. From the beginning, I knew that TJ was going to find the very best car for me, with the features that I desired, and within my price range. I trusted that he would be open and honest with me. His knowledge of the different vehicles was extensive, and I felt he truly listened when I told him what I was looking for. Most importantly, he was patient as I asked many many questions, and his answers were informative and sincere. I highly recommend TJ, and I will be sending my friends and family to him. Completely Satisfied!! I started my new lease search on line which lead me to Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax. Brian greeted me as I came in the door. He introduced me to Jamel I started my new lease search on line which lead me to Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax. Brian greeted me as I came in the door. He introduced me to Jamel who took me outside to look at cars. He asked me what my wants and needs were and from there we looked at several models. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stick with a Fusion like I had leased for the last 6 years or try something new. He spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features unique to each car. I really appreciated the time he spent with me because I wanted to make sure I loved the car I chose and that it would be in the price range I needed. After picking out my car....we began the process of pricing..and getting the payment within the range I needed. At the end of the day we decided I really needed the same model, a focus, but a lower priced version. Brian assured me that when I came back the next day he would have found the car for me! Well, he did! I test drove the car the next day, and it was a deal! I appreciate most, all the time spent making sure I left happy with the decision I made. After my last experience with Tom and Roxanne in financing there's no way I would have gone anywhere else. Tom is a laid back friendly guy who isn't that typical "stalker like, pushy, persuasive" salesman that I've come across many times. He respects your bottom lines and expectations and let's you decide what is best for you without making you feel uncomfortable like you have to purchase something you really don't want. I will continue to buy from Ted Britt as long as Tom is there to work with. More

The sales and finance people were friendly, professional and very helpful with anything I needed. Marcus scheduled the installation of cruise control and Gary got the job done while I waited. My first job at a dealership was at Ted Britt Ford as the replacement service writer for Jeff Cain at the old location for the brown team as Jeff was being promoted to a management position. In large part, I owe much of my success in this business to Jeff. From the first day on the job, I learned that Jeff's first priority was to serve the best interests of his hundreds of customers. I could have very easily felt intimidated by him and his very loyal customer base, but Jeff never made me that way. Instead, he taught me the true meaning of Customer Service..... to go beyond what was expected.... to look after each customer's best interest and to treat each customer with respect and dignity. It's good to see that Jeff is still on the job....... no doubt still making sure his customers' are satisfied and are valued.
