Update - 2 Months Later and No Permanent Tags So after a good car buying experience back in May, which I definitely had no problems with, I ran into an issue with my license plates. After 1 m So after a good car buying experience back in May, which I definitely had no problems with, I ran into an issue with my license plates. After 1 month of ownership, I had to return to the dealership and pick up my second set of temporary tags. Fast forward 1 month later, I had to call the dealership again and inquire about my license plates, and then I was put on hold for 15 minutes, called back and was put on hold again. Then transferred to my sales person's voicemail. The fourth time I called back I spoke with a new car sales manager and I was not happy. (FYI anyone else having similar issues in Virginia should take a close look at Virginia Code § 46.2-1542. Temporary registration) Too long didn't read version - I had a good experience which was ruined by poor after sales customer service. More
