Great Buying Experience I had a fantastic buying experience at Ted Britt Ford. The experience began with Dave Donley, my sales associate. Dave took the time to understand w I had a fantastic buying experience at Ted Britt Ford. The experience began with Dave Donley, my sales associate. Dave took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. We even brought two vehicles by my house so my wife could look at them without having to bring our young children to the dealership. Dave worked with me through the price discussions, and we were able to come to agreement on pricing. I worked with Lauren for after market items. She worked with me to make sure I understood the options they provided. It was a very good discussion with no pressure to accept anything, but rather informed me of some of the things Ted Britt offers. Natasha and Linda were fantastic in the finance department. We were able to get the transaction completed in very short order so I could be on my way with my new vehicle. Linda walked me through several options, and also discussed the extended service plans available including the road hazard option, which was very reasonably priced for a vehicle with 20" wheels. Kwin was my final touch point at the dealership. She walked me through the Sync setup and paired my phone while showing me the bells and whistles of the system. All in all, this was a fantastic buying experience. Ted Britt will be the first place I look when I am in the market for my next vehicle. More

We felt that he was as interested in us being happy with the deal as much as in selling us a car. New Mustang GT Purchase After searching through all of the Mid-Atlantic Ford dealership sites, we found the best selection of available vehicles at Ted Britt in Fairfax. Prio After searching through all of the Mid-Atlantic Ford dealership sites, we found the best selection of available vehicles at Ted Britt in Fairfax. Prior to our visit , internet communication was great, and we received a call from their sales manager (Brian) to assist with setting up an appointment to have the cars that we were interest in, ready when we arrived. We decided upon a car, negotiated a price and were ready to purchase. We were then greeted by a customer service rep that wanted to sell us the Environmental Protective coating, and she then put us in queue to meet with the finance rep. The finance Rep tried several times to sell us on the EPC, and several other additional items, we purchased the tire/wheel coverage, and declined the rest. He kept pushing HARD for additional items, and it got to a point where we were ready to walk out. He finally stopped selling, got us a GREAT rate and we closed the deal......two hours later. In short, we would buy another car from Ted Britt, but would NOT go through another 2 hour pitch for stuff we won't buy. Last year we purchase a new Dodge Ram truck from Adams in Annapolis, and were in...and out of finance in 1/2 hour. More
