The level of knowledge and expertise from Mr. Soloman can not be matched. I know that I was a difficult sale and confused on if I wanted an SUV or a smaller sedan model, however, he had wonderful patience wi not be matched. He was completely knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. He was professional, likeable and honest. Linda Lafontaine was an amazing finance professional to work with. She made the transaction easy and easy to understand. She found the best financing deal for me. Loved her!! All in all, I left Ted Britt Ford happy and satisfied that I got a great deal on a great car and was able to work with nice, honest professionals. More

So I purchased a car a year ago from another dealership and I hated it! My boss told me it was time to get something I liked so I did research on it and picked out the car. We showed up Friday night at 8:00 (to just look around) and Mike Havey helped me right away and was amazing. The car I wanted was at another lot and Andy Britt had someone bring it over that night...knowing it was too late to do anything but to make sure it was the car I wanted. I took it home over night and fell in love with it. The next morning is when the fun began. I do say fun not as a point of sarcasm but the experience was actually a lot of fun. I felt NO pressure at all. I had some identity theft issues in the past and when we sat down with Natasha from finance (if you go to this dealership make sure you deal with Natasha, Linda, or Roxanne from finance only because the pain is painless with them), it truly was a professional experience. I never felt pressured at all. It was not the usual car buying experience everyone dreads having to deal with. When I was done with finance Kwin showed me how to use the Sync system in my car. It was great. Everyone was so helpful. I must admit this car is smarter than me and I was scared for the auto park assist...which Mike Havey spent time waling me through it and showing me how to use it. I would not only buy another car here myself...but I put Mike Havey's business cards in my office lobby so my clients can experience the same type of service I just did! More
We recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax, and based on my experience I would recommend them highly. Al Alqaisi was my sales associate, and we spent well over an hour test-driving cars. As I had already test-driven the Fusion at another dealership, I was diving-deep into some of the details between different trim levels. Al knew his stuff backwards-and-forwards, and let me take as much time as I needed to learn more about the car. He also worked with me on pricing: We had productive, and to-the-point, arms-length negotiations and were able to agree on a price that was very competitive. He (and the sales managers with whom I worked) were professionals throughout the process, which is exactly as it should be. Ted Britt also shines in the back of the house. I have purchased new cars in the past, but this is the first time that a finance person acted as my advocate (rather than try to pressure me into something that was not in my best interests). Specifically, I worked with Linda Lafontaine, who asked us what our financing goals were (minimizing total interest paid versus minimizing monthly payments). We opted for the former, and she shopped around for the lowest interest rate available. After she had found a very competitive rate by checking with a couple of banks, and after we had started filling-out our paperwork, she decided to check with one additional bank and, as a result, was able to find a rate that was more than a quarter-percent lower. So we tore-up the paperwork and started over, saving us several hundred dollars in interest. She was also crystal-clear in explaining the paperwork that we were signing. All-in-all, from the time I first contacted the dealership to delivery, a great experience. More

I went to the dealership and had an excellent salesperson who was helpful in getting everything set and ready to go within my limited amount of time, including assisting with the return of my other car when I had no other driver available. The finance manager was very helpful and friendly, allowing me to get things processed quickly and accurately. All employees at this dealership went far beyond my expectations in the purchase of a new car. More

The purchase of my new Ford could not have gone more smoothly. After researching prices on the web, I was able to get a commitment via email from Naznin that several other Ford dealers could/would not smoothly. After researching prices on the web, I was able to get a commitment via email from Naznin that several other Ford dealers could/would not match. They also said that they were sure I would not get the price promised. I was then handed over to Daniel who set up a time for me to come in and test drive and purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, Brian was there to help me the entire way and I purchased the vehicle at the price promised (almost $1000 below the identical vehicle at the next best priced dealership). Jennifer set the vehicle up and my mysycnh account up and was quite respectful of my time and desire to get dinner with my family. Lastly, Linda made the payment for my vehicle extremely pleasant and even reminded/asked me if I had nay memberships (such as COSTCO) that would reduce the price of some additional purchases I made. To date, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. More
