The main reason I was willing to drive 3 hours to buy my 2014 Ford Fusion at Ted Britt Ford Fairfax, VA was #1- Karwan Zewer (my salesperson) , and #2- The Price !! From day 1 when I contacted the dealershi 2014 Ford Fusion at Ted Britt Ford Fairfax, VA was #1- Karwan Zewer (my salesperson) , and #2- The Price !! From day 1 when I contacted the dealership to ask questions about a particular Fusion I saw on their website, I was connected to Karwan, who immediately began offering me the QUALITY service I was looking for! Karwan's main concern from that day on was, "what can I do to earn your business Mr. Radford"! And the way he said it, along with his following actions, made me feel like it wasn't just a "sales-pitch"! I told him right from the start, that I wanted an "over the phone" deal, as I was 3 hours away, and did not want to drive that far to NOT make a deal!! After multiple calls back & forth, for a whole week, we finalized a price over the phone and I agreed to it, and was on my way the very next Saturday! We had a Snow Storm that week, and the car we dealt on had gotten a chip in the winshield! Karwan, knowing how concerned I was about the condition of the car, called me in advance to inform me of this! That meant alot to me! Because He could have easily let me get there, and then said "oh' by the way"! He informed me of another Fusion they had available, but was $500 more due to an optional paint color! Knowing how upset I was about the first car, and that I did not want to pay anymore then our discussed price, Karwan went to the TOP BRASS, and got it down to a $200 difference (once again, wanting to do whatever it took to earn my business)! And that's exactly what he did, EARN my business!!! I was so impressed with Karwan, that I called him the following week to see about making a deal on a 2014 Escape! Once again, Karwan put forth a 110% effort to make it happen, but unfortunately, our financial situation just couldn't handle another new vehicle! I was satisfied with my sales experience, but my main complaint lies with the Finance department. I traded a vehicle in for a new truck over 1 month ago. My finance company has paid off the old vehicle and I have been waiting over two weeks for a positive equity check to be made ready. Ted Brit Ford in Fairfax has a policy that does not allow you to get your trade in money back until they receive the title. This is my only complaint against them. The trade in was fully funded, so why do I need to wait for my money while they hold hands waiting for the title to arrive? And why is the old vehicle being sold on a dealership website, if they do not have the title for it? Several attempts to resolve this have been made on my part, and it's frustrating! More

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Tom Ross, as well Linda in the finance Dept.
