I walked in Ted Britt dealership looking for the first car of my dream. Tom met me at the entrance and showed me current deals. After test drive of 2012 Ford Focus, Jennifer helped me to get a loan that w car of my dream. Tom met me at the entrance and showed me current deals. After test drive of 2012 Ford Focus, Jennifer helped me to get a loan that was funded through Ford. Natasha her boss was advising her through the process. The only part that I did not like that the manager pushed Enviro thing that I did not really need and that could have been a reason for me to walk away because I am a very price sensitive customer, who would care about additional $10 in my monthly payment. However, Jennifer was able to cut $100 from "additional items" and I decided to keep the deal. Linda sinked my phone to the car and I drove away in a car of my dream. Even though, I was counting on slightly lower monthly payment, I got a really nice car and so far I am very happy with it. Thank you Katia More

When we went to the dealer, we hoped our experience would be positive and if it wasn't, we'd walk out. But after meeting Al and listening to him explain the Escape, showing us several cars to consider, thin be positive and if it wasn't, we'd walk out. My wife and I received excellent assistance and service from the moment we walked through the front door. Rick Asay and Daniel Khan could not have been more helpful. When we met our salesman, Steve Soloman we knew we came to the right dealer. Steve showed us numerous Ford Escapes and was very informed about the Escape. He provided suggestions based on what we were looking for and found the right vehicle for us. Upon selecting the vehicle,, we met with Ms. Alison Lucas who assisted us with the financing portion. She found excellent rates for us and was most helpful in explaining the various programs. Our very positive experience continued when we were introduced to Ms. Linda Lafontaine. Linda was terrific. She explained the various maintenance and vehicle protection programs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Matt Drennan who assisted us with the paperwork. Prior to driving off the lot, Ms Jennifer Moccaldi provided and excellent overview of the vehicle features. Ted Britt Ford is most fortunate to have employees as the ones I mentioned. Even though we walked into the showroom in the early evening, we never felt rushed. Each employee put the customer first. Their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge was commendable. This was an internet purchase. Up to contacting Ted Britt I had been dealing with several other dealerships. Ted Britt was up front with their proposal. When I went to confirm it they were straight w Britt I had been dealing with several other dealerships. Ted Britt was up front with their proposal. When I went to confirm it they were straight with me and committed the proposal clearly. They said they could meet my exact requirements and this was the deal. Others I was dealing with did not meet Ted Britt offer or were hedging. Ted Britt stood out. Next, we set a time for me to pick up the car. When I got there, I did not wait. TJ took me straight to the car to make sure everything was correct and checked me out. I was impressed that the Sales Manager came over within 2 minutes of arriving and thanked me for buying the car and offered his personal assistance, if needed. TJ and Manager reinforced that what they had emailed me and the deal picking up the car was correct. It was. The whole process of filling out papers and picking up the car went smoothly. We finished the paperwork and the car was ready. Everyone was gracious, answered my questions, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you. More

I was very impressed with Bernie Finan as my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the Ford Escape which I purchased. Also,Jennifer Mocadeli was helpful with the navigation system and ev was very professional and knowledgeable about the Ford Escape which I purchased. I went to Ted Britt for the first time to look at last model year trucks. The Sales Manager greeted me as I walked in the door. He introduced me to a truck "specialist". Low key/low pressure guy. Searched inventory, talked wants & needs, asked questions..... normal sales stuff. Took a test drive. They valued my trade-in. The negotiations began. It took three cycles to agree on an "out the door" price. I felt they were forthright in their presentations, no BS. A friendly organization. Everyone worked well together with no apparent tension. I've already given a recommendation to someone interested in a Ford product. More
