I am a first time car buyer and Alex was amazing and super friendly. He joked and was honest and showed me all features. I was looking for just a mustang convertible which he showed me the basic one i super friendly. He joked and was honest and showed me all features. I never felt pressured during my experience, which I was weary of buying a new 2014 Mustang convertible. Jennifer was the sweetest person ever showed me all the tricks and stuff I can do with my new car. Linda was amazing and gave me financing advice and helped me through this whole process of buying the car. Natasha and Mason I never formally met but she/he helped with the process as well. I love love love my new Mustang and I loved the people that worked with me, they should get a raise for the above and beyond experience they gave me compared to other dealers I went to see in buying a car. Andy Britt was also part of the experience and was so pleasant and answered any questions my mother and I had. Thank you so much and I will recommend anyone to this dealership. My husband and I were very pleased with the sales reps which were all knowledgeable with their specific duties. The only complaint we have is that the length of time it took to see each rep we waited at which were all knowledgeable with their specific duties. The only issue we had was with Daniel Khan, when we asked for numbers we were left waiting for almost an hour and a half, this was late in the evening with only one other customer in the whole place and was becoming very defensive to us when we starting questioning him of why we were left for so long with no answers.
