This was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The sales manager working my deal smiled in my face, but in the end was not sincere. He made commitments which should have been honored by the dealership, but required me to go in twice to receive what they had given their word they would do. I had purchased 10 vehicles with this dealership previously and had always been treated with courtesy and respect. I felt like as a customer this time I wasn't important. Make the deal and move them along is how I felt. I suppose Ford is doing better now so they don't worry too much about customers, they have plenty. Mr. Daniel Kahn the sales manager I had to deal with smiled at me but in the end was patronizing and insincere. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealerships posted internet price was the actual price there was no bait and switch. The entire dealership was open, honest, and delivered on every promise. I saved so much here that I was able to purchase the Ford full service option. I have no maintenance costs for the next 84 months or 100,000 miles, and I don’t even pay for windshield wiper blades. I am in my mid 50s and I have purchased a lot of cars in my day, but these guys are the exception to the rule. If you buy anywhere else you will pay too much and get less for your money. More

The employees that we encountered were all customer oriented. By that I mean that they adapted well to our needs and requirements. In the case of the Internet sales team responses were prompt. All team members made us feel welcome and provided a low pressure, low stress, experience. All paperwork was accomplished error free. Vehicle prep, orientation, and explanations were accomplished in a professional manner. Everyone we encountered was friendly. This seamed like a customer-oriented team.
