Back in December, I contacted the dealer about the purchase of 2014 Ford pickup they had on the lot. On Dec. 20, I gave a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle. Left a number of messages with NO return calls. On Jan 3, contacted a sales manager who put me in touch with Daniel, at which time he informed me that the truck sold on Dec 28. Steve was the consummate professional. He was well versed in the line of vehicles that FORD has in the inventory and was able to "talk the talk" without being pushy. From the time that i walked into the dealership to the point that I signed my intent to buy, was less than 30 minutes. Could I have negotiated for a few hundred more? probably. Was it worth it? nope. I was overall pleased with the price and with Steve's assistance. Linda made the financial aspects of the purchase stress free. She was enjoyable to work with and was not pushy with the "add ons" service contracts etc. I think that she probably missed her calling in the sales department. I would guess that she entices many customers to upgrade to one of the offered service packages! all in all a great experience. More

My experience with this purchase was the best I have had in my auto purchasing history. Brian was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and did not pressure me into the purchase like many dea in my auto purchasing history. Jennifer explained the accessories available to us and did not pressure us into buying anything we didn't want to and stayed late to insure that the systems in the truck were set up as designed.
