Steve Lamey approached my husband and I immediately and offered to assist us in purchasing a used vehicle. This dealership excelled in customer service with employees willing to accommodate my schedule My overall experience at Ted Britt Ford was great. This dealership excelled in customer service with employees willing to accommodate my schedule and followed up on my pending ResistAll application. Additionally they explored financing options that would best to my benefit which resulted in me purchasing a new vehicle instead of a used vehicle. The quality of work was great. For example the ResistAll application was done and I saw no evidence of sloppy work and/or missed spots. The friendliness of the employees was great. I was happy to be greeted and directed to the sales person I was there to see. Additionally I experienced several of the employees willing to stop and talk with me. I was welcomed initially and thanked for being a return customer. The price was a little higher then what I was requesting. More
