when i arrived i expected to be swarmed by your typical "used car salesman." However, when we were approached by Colin Wright, I didn't feel intimidated. He didn't bombard me right off of the bat with qu "used car salesman." However, when we were approached by Colin Wright, I didn't feel intimidated. He didn't bombard me right off of the bat with questions and recommendations. He let me just say what specifically I wanted. I already had a car in mind. While test driving I didn't feel like he was pushing the ford edge so hard that I would have felt guilty not buying it. While i'm sure some of the "personal stories" throughout the day were exaggerated to help make the sale, i didn't feel like Colin was deliberately trying to oversell the car. When working on actually making the price deal, I did feel a little pressure but thtat is to be expected. He didn't get frustrated when i asked a million questions. He never once treated me like someone who had no idea what i was doing. He was friendly, helpful, flexible, and humorous. I teach Kindergarten and i know how important it is to make the 'client' feel relaxed and comfortable. let's just say not only is Colin a good car salesman, he'd make a great Kindergarten teacher!
