We came back to buy our third car here at Ted Britt Ford because we would not buy a car from anywhere else. We love Gary, and his service team and can't imagine owning a car without him to support us. We we because we would not buy a car from anywhere else. We were ready for a new car and as soon as we parked in front of the dealership Christian was there, eager and ready to help us find the perfect fit. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and took us to the Edge and Explorers right away once he sensed what we were looking for. As soon as he noticed that we would be more interested in the Explorer he took us right to the Explorer Limited lot and gave us the run-down on all the features. He immediately had almost every color option, back seat (bench or console), roof, and interior color lined up. Within 15 minutes we had seen at least 4 different cars inside and out and were on our way to test drive the beauty that we ended up buying. Once we returned Christian was ready for us outside and took us to his desk to get us a deal. He got our trade in evaluated, and got to the managers right away. He clearly tried to get us through as fast as possible, while remaining as polite and courteous to the staff as possible. We got the deal we were looking for thanks to Christian. Once we agreed, he immediately notified Cassy and Linda that we were ready for our service rundown and financial applications. Cassy was a top notch, tech savy representative that was able to efficiently give us an overview of the technology in the car (a whole lot in the Limited!). Linda was remarkable in her knowledge of all the service packages, warranty information and financial applications. With her expertice, she got us an amazing rate on our loan ans set us up with the most valuable warranty and service plans available for our car choice. She got us through a blaze of paperwork with amazing speed, while fully outlining, and describing everything we signed to our understanding, she could win jeopardy with her quick wits and fast responses to all questions in those topics. We could not have had a better or faster experience purchasing our 2013 Explorer Limited. Thank you Cassy, Linda, Christian, and of course Gary! More

In early June, 2013, I began my search for a new vehicle using the internet trying to find where the best deals may be, and where I may get the best trade in for the car I owned at the time. I soon narrowe using the internet trying to find where the best deals may be, and where I may get the best trade in for the car I owned at the time. I soon narrowed my search down to pickup trucks, and determined the F-150 to be my top choice. Almost immediately after I expressed intrerest in the truck, I received an email from Jenny Kueny, who was extremely helpful and narrowed my search even further to the point where we had the truck I was interested in. She then put me in contact with AL, the salesman who took care of me from there. AL is by far the friendliest, and most honest car salesman I have ever met. When I arrived at the dealership he brought me in, sat me down, and went over everything I had questions about. I had questions about the truck, about the financing, and about my trade in, and he answered all of them truthfully and did everything in his power to get me the deal I asked for. I explanied to him that I felt ripped off after my first car purchase a few years earlier (at a Toyota dealership), but I did not feel that way at all with AL. Obviously I have a tremendous amount of respect and appreciation after he worked with me to get me the truck I wanted and I would recommend anybody going to this dealerhsip request his service. The test drive solidified the vehicle I wanted and from there it was to the finance office. Linda Lafontaine did all the paperwork for me and had everything prepared in an extremely organized manner, and it was quick and painless as she new I was in a hurry to get to my new truck. She was friendly and respectful, and allowed me to come back the following day with my down payment as I left my checkbook at home. After Linda, Cassie Graham took me to my truck, set up Ford Sync to my phone, and spent time going over all the features of the new vehicle. She answered all the questions I had and is extremely knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles. My favorite thing about her was the fact that she was genuinely interested in her job, in her customers, and in the trucks themselves. After she helped me, AL came back out to put my plates on the truck, and helped me transfer everything I had in my trade in car to the truck. I actually left stuff in the glove compartment and AL called me after I left to let me know he would hold on to it for me. Finally, I went back the next day to submit to finance my down payment and met Natasha, the finance director. She was more than helpful, explaining that last questions I could think of and put me in touch with some of the mechanics to answer questions I had regarding the maintenance of the truck. All in all, that was a tremendous team I got to work with, and I look forward to going back to them when it is my time for a new vehicle. I will be recommending Ted Britt Ford to my friends and co-workers when it's their time to purchase. More
