I went to Ted Britt Ford to purchase my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium HB after my wife had bought her 2012 Ford Focus Sedan there last year. Additionally, my wife had purchased her car after hers had died while I was assigned to Korea for the U.S. Army. The fact that this dealership took care of my family in an obvious time of need made me feel better since I could not be there. You can put a great price on a car with great rebates and still feel like the the purchase was a miserable experience, or that you were just another commission . The customer service at Ted Britt Ford is something you can't put a price on. If I can ever talk my wife into an Expedition EL King Ranch, we will be going back!
