Deep inventory of Ford Explorers with the options, exterior/interior colors and materials that I was interested in seeing. Marvin met me in the showroom and quickly determined the type of vehicle and exterior/interior colors and materials that I was interested in seeing. With that information Marvin was able to show me all of the vehicles in inventory that met my criteria. This saved a tremendous amount of time that likely would have been spend wandering the lot. Once I selected a vehicle we took it on a test drive and during the test drive Marvin provided a wealth of information about the vehicle that I had not been aware of. After the test drive we negotiated a price for my trade and the price for the new vehicle and started the paperwork. Marvin introduced me to Linda who quickly prepared the transaction paperwork, helped me get a great financing rate, and transfered my personalized car tags. Definitely the best car buying experiences I have had to date. Unexpectedly, Kwin, the customer service manager, met me and went through the details of explaining all of the technology in my new car, how to configure those capabilities to meet my needs, and helped my sync my iPhone to my new car's Ford Sync. The level of customer service provided by these three professionals was beyond any that I had every received from a car dealer. Thank you! More
