Gary has been our service guy for the past few years. He is definitely the best service guy I have ever encountered. Last week, we took our car to him for service and he advised us that he could fix the car but couldn't guarantee that we wouldn't have further issues in the next month or two. We decided it was time to trade the car in even though we had owned it for 10 years. We were put in touch with Moe and once we met him, we were impressed. Moe is a very honest salesman but is not pushy at all. He was exactly what we needed and listened to us on what we were interested in. He found us the perfect car. After we agreed to buy the car, he had Kwin meet with us to discuss the MYSync account and other services we could add to the car. Kwin is very professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me feel at ease using technology that I was new to. Then we met with Natasha and Linda in finance. They were so helpful, treated us like we were the only customers there and helped us through the entire finance process. The last employee we encountered was Kent who helped put on our new tags and got our car to the final stages for us. He was polite and treated our car as if it was his own. I first worked with Alex in September 2012 to find a new 2013 Escape. He did a great job finding the right car. Now my wife wanted a new car so we went back to Alex. The service is great, and the price is good. Ted Britt gives a good price, but not necessarily a great price. They give a good price coupled with great effort and great service. More
