My 2001 Focus (purchased at Ted Britt Ford) is the first car I've held over 5 years and that's because of the service department. Gary Funk is my service advisor and has been wonderful. He's very good at explaining repairs in terms a layman can understand, and also lets me know what repairs can wait and what repairs need to be done now. I have no hesitation about pre-authorizing repairs because Ted Britt doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done. I've pre-authorized things like tires and brake work, and when I speak to Gary later on he says "you don't need that." The service loaner program is a super advantage -- for $10/day plus gas (as of time this review is being written) I can't go wrong. If Gary needs to keep my car overnight I still have transport. I've never had to bring my car back for a repair that wasn't done properly (I did several times at the dealership I used to use). Ted Britt Ford has always fixed my car right the first time. More

Well once again Ted Britt Ford went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience went smoothly!! Like my previous purchase Daniel Khan answered all of my questions pertaining to the 2012 Ford Fusion purchased - his product knowledge is excellent! The management team of Khalid Shah and Evelyn Akers made sure that there would be no issues with the sale due to the Power of Attorney, and gave us a great deal on the vehicle! Janelle Forrester did a great job in explaining the Enviroguard ResistAll product - it was purchased for this vehicle, as well as, a previously purchased vehicle. And finally Roxanne Wilson was great in explaining the finance process -she made it painless!! As you can see, these individuals came together as a TEAM to make sure I was taken care of!! This was our first experience with Tim Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA but it definitely won't be our last. We initially purchased a used 2010 Ford Escape from them which unfortunately turned out be be plagued with mechanical problems in the engine. After several days of maintenance, they said they should take the defective vehicle back and apply trade-in credit to the purchase of a second vehicle of our choice. We opted for a new 2013 Ford Escape, a much more expensive vehicle. Throughout the exchange experience everyone we interacted with were warm, friendly, and wanted most of all for us to be satisfied customers. To that end they made exceptional deals on both the used and new Escapes. Throughout the negotiation process, Ali Sabat, our salesman, was our advocate, the Used and New Car Managers were understanding and forthcoming, and our Finance Manager, Linda LaFontaine, was a pleasure to work with. While there were some bumps along the way, we ultimately left as fully satisfied customers. I highly recommend going to Tim Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA for new or used vehicles. More
