Quick and painless I had to take my vehicle in to have a recall service completed - the team was friendly and took care of it as scheduled. I was able to drop off the vehicle the night before and they took care of it in the morning. I appreciate the long hours that they are open - I feel better dropping my car off with a technician than just leaving it in the parking lot overnight. More

Good service, but 2 days for an oil change is silly We had a basic service appointment for our 2012 Fusion Hybrid last week. Nothing special, just an oil change, tire rotation, and systems checkouts - We had a basic service appointment for our 2012 Fusion Hybrid last week. Nothing special, just an oil change, tire rotation, and systems checkouts - the kind of stuff you get at Jiffy Lube. We got to the dealership at 9:30 (on time), and left our car, having been told we would be called when it was ready. We waited for the call until mid-afternoon. Whoops. It won't be ready until 5PM. We had plans for the evening, and had to leave it overnight. Now I can understand having to leave a car overnight if you have to order parts, but not when you're getting an oil change and you arrived on time for an early morning appointment. More

Great Service Gary Funk and the Blue Team have always taken great care of my cars. I have never had a problem with the car and if there is an issue I'm concerned a Gary Funk and the Blue Team have always taken great care of my cars. I have never had a problem with the car and if there is an issue I'm concerned about, they take care of it. Gary is always friendly, helpful and very trustworthy. I currently have a problem with the paint on the car and he has gone above & beyond in getting this resolve. I can't thank Gary & the team enough for the great care that they take of me and the car.
