My husband and I have both purchased vehicles from Ted Britt Fairfax. My Mustang Convertible has had all of it's service done at the dealer and the reason for that is Gary Funk. I have bought 4 cars from Ted Britt and have always had an excellent experience from the sales team, financing team and especially the service team. Gary Funk and the Blue Team in service have always take an excellent experience from the sales team, financing team and especially the service team. I went to Ted Britt Ford to complete a 90K mile service on my 2002 Ford Explorer. I suspected the service would find other issues with my 11 year old car (not because of a poor product, but because the SUV on my 2002 Ford Explorer. My Service Advisor, Gary Funk, did a thorough job and found other issues with the SUV that posed safety issues to me and my family if we didn't fix them. Gary explained to me the issues, prioritized the ones for me that were "must" fixes, and got me back on the road in a day. I feel Gary was honest and upfront with the proposed issues and acted like a trusted adivsor regarding my car. Gary is an outstanding Service Advisor and a huge asset to Ford and specifically Ted Britt Ford. More

My 2001 Focus (purchased at Ted Britt Ford) is the first car I've held over 5 years and that's because of the service department. Gary Funk is my service advisor and has been wonderful. He's very good at explaining repairs in terms a layman can understand, and also lets me know what repairs can wait and what repairs need to be done now. I have no hesitation about pre-authorizing repairs because Ted Britt doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done. I've pre-authorized things like tires and brake work, and when I speak to Gary later on he says "you don't need that." The service loaner program is a super advantage -- for $10/day plus gas (as of time this review is being written) I can't go wrong. If Gary needs to keep my car overnight I still have transport. I've never had to bring my car back for a repair that wasn't done properly (I did several times at the dealership I used to use). Ted Britt Ford has always fixed my car right the first time. More
