I am a long time Sheehy customer, but after Patriot Harley Davidson sent me out with faulty front brakes and a broken horn (Sheehy owns PHD) I started I am a long time Sheehy customer, but after Patriot Harley Davidson sent me out with faulty front brakes and a broken horn (Sheehy owns PHD) I started looking for another dealer to build a relationship with. I decided that I would give Ted Britt a shot when my wife's car needed new rear brakes. Wanting to be a good customer I scheduled an appointment for 6 am today (Wednesday) and got a confirmation email that my appointment was scheduled. Perfect. This morning I arrived at the service department at 5:30 and proceeded to use the night drop to leave my keys. When I scheduled the appointment online I stated I needed the vehicle back by 2:00 pm. Since I was dropping off at 5:30 for a 6 am appointment and only needed rear brakes there shouldn't be an issue. 2:00 rolled around and I had not heard from the dealership, so I called. The service writer was confused when I gave my name, and asked for my phone number. I was put on hold for a brief period and someone else picked up and explained that they had done nothing to the car, because nobody bothered to check the night drop. They didn't know they had my car. The did offer to keep the car longer (at least an hour just to tell me how long they needed). I simply picked up the car and will go elsewhere. Ted Britt, you shouldn't schedule appointments if you have no intention of keeping them. You won't be getting my business, and I will make sure to mention your lack of service at every opportunity. More
Experienced and Professional I have been doing business with TB for almost 20 years. The service dept is excellent. The last few years I have dealt with Jeff and have great confid I have been doing business with TB for almost 20 years. The service dept is excellent. The last few years I have dealt with Jeff and have great confidence in his advice and judgement for service questions/issues. He is the reason I continue to have my car serviced at TB. She told me she couldn't help me anymore as a customer and that I needed to find a different dealership to go to. She told me stay away from her unprofessional loser service person, Mike Gjormand. I guess she just flipped out. What a way to treat a customer!!! If one isn't sure who they are ranting to, they need to be careful. More

The reason was for service the dealer claims they did on my car that during trade negation that I did not authorized. I was told to give them $500 cash or if I did not and took my car tgey woukd call the policemm. When I told called general manager Evelyn Akers tried scare tactics. I was,threatened and told to tread lighty. On top of that after the deal was closed the fiance company kept contacting my previous employer. I had to call fiance and ask them to stop and let them know if they called my previous employer again when the deal was,stopped I would consider it harassment. In 20 years of buying cars I've never experienced such a violation. I have yet received a apology or a refund. What happened to human kindness . More

Have tried to make contact for in excess of (5) five months now and have yet to be scheduled for the service to be done or so much as a reply on the phone or via any other venue/medium. They certainly have all my contact information and are completely able to contact me directly, but have brushed me aside time and time again. For the Record thank you in advance for any and all replies this may bring!!! More
Will lie about what should be Extended Warranty work Took my car in for an air conditioner problem. Said there was a stick in my condenser and not covered by my Extended Warranty and it would cost $1275 Took my car in for an air conditioner problem. Said there was a stick in my condenser and not covered by my Extended Warranty and it would cost $1275. Declined their repair and they charged me $129.95. Got it repaired by independent mechanic who said there WAS NO STICK and there was no external damage. Cost was $690 using Motorcraft parts and standard labor costs and time. Service manager wouldn't return my call. Went back to them on their diagnostics, they said to bad, refused to look at the part that supposedly had the stick in it because I had it and continued to claim there was a stick in it. They do not want to do extended warranty work and will lie to avoid it. No more ever with them. I have bought two new cars there and used their service department for both, but not any more. They cannot be trusted, they are not honest. More

I made an appointment for an oil change on Friday 4/29/2016. I drove an hour to get to the dealership just to get this done so the Tedd Britt for life coverage remains valid. Upon arriving i was told that it would be a few hours before they could get it done. I did not have 3 hours to wait, i was upset as it shouldn't take "a few hours" to do something that takes 20 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment. The lady who made my appointment on the phone even asked if i would be waiting for it. This was my third oil change on the new truck. I made an appointment for the first one last June had a similar experience. That time thought they did not mention the outrageous wait. Arrived for my scheduled appointment on time and it took 2 hours and 50 minutes for the oil to be changed. So 2 our of 3 of my service appointments so far have been very poor experiences. I am a mechanic but liked the idea of the powertrain being covered for life if you get your service completed there. However after this last experience i will do all the service my self. What i will save in time alone would be able to pay for a new engine or transmission in the event the truck needs one. More
