I was formerly a customer of Ted Britt in Chantilly but from now on will service both my Fords at Fairfax due to the exceptional service that I received from Gary and the entire service team at Fairfax. Never have I experienced the exceptional customer service that I have received from them. I will recommend to anyone that they go to Fairfax, it is definitely worth the trip. My vehicle was serviced right the first time and I was treated with the utmost care and respect. My deepest thanks for all your hard work. More

I just love Gary Funk!!! I live in Fort Washington MD with my husband and daughter and we are a Ford car family.. Not only did we switch from our regular Ford Dealership loca I live in Fort Washington MD with my husband and daughter and we are a Ford car family.. Not only did we switch from our regular Ford Dealership located in Upper Marlboro MD and purchase my new Ford Explorer from Ted Britt, I now travel to Fairfax VA for all of my Explorer's maintenance because of the exceptional customer service I have consistently received from Gary Funk and the Blue Team. Gary makes me feel like I am his only customer and I would be greatly disappointed if he were to leave Ted Britt Ford. Car prices got us there...Gary keeps us coming back! I know my car is in great hands. More

Service went beyond the expected I went to get a recall taken care of and also requested a scratch be removed and the plastic cover under the front bumper fixed. I expected to be charged for the additional services but instead it was at no cost. During that time I was given the use of a loaner car. So overall I had a very positive experience. I especially want to thank my Ford service representative, Richard Sweeney for taking care of my needs. More

Step one - treat the custumer with some respect! Just had a sad experience with another location of Ted Britt Ford that convinced me I needed to drive further to return to the Fairfax location to get Just had a sad experience with another location of Ted Britt Ford that convinced me I needed to drive further to return to the Fairfax location to get the quality service they have ALWAYS provided. Laurel O'Connor took my call while eating her lunch and made a difference. The other location could only give me people's voice-mail and then when I finally reached a person and told them do NOT put me into voice-mail again they hung up. DO NOT GO TO TED BRITT CHANTILLY is my STRONGEST recommendation!! The Fairfax team understands that without customers they are just a warehouse for automobiles and parts. Laurel did not have the specific answer I needed but that is OK - I don't know everything in my job either - we work as a team. I just rescheduled my service in Fairfax and will gladly deal with the longer drive and traffic to work with a provider who understands Customer Service!! I will come back and rate the service after the appointment but if the past is any indication, Gary Funk and his team will shine as they did in the past. More
