Excellent experience I brought my 2004 Taurus in for repair and state inspection. Was able to schedule the appoitment easily on-line. Amazing Experience w/ the Gold Team I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, and was it was in need of some under warranty repairs. I initially took it back to the dealershi I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, and was it was in need of some under warranty repairs. I initially took it back to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and they didn't fix my car at all. They said they did repairs that they didn't do and gave me back my car in worse condition than I left it. I called Ted Britt and spoke with John Napier (mechanic) and Jeff Bird and they jumped at the chance to help me, treated me like family and acted as if I had purchased the car from Ted Britt vs another dealership. They have my business for sure in the future when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. My car was repaired to my liking and now drives amazingly. I love that they didn't give me a hard time and fixed my car within a day and followed through with every promise they made me. Thank you John Napier, Jeff Bird, Miles and the rest of the Gold Team for making me a very happy customer. Words can't express just how grateful I am for all of your help. Truly amazing! More
