Since our purchase on Sept 30, we have had the pleasure of working several Ted Russell team members...Our salesman was Tom Weiss....Mr Weiss was great up until the papers were signed. There was a slight miscommunication that escalated into Mr Weiss sending me a not-so-nice email then going back on his word on promises made. I brought this issue to the attention of his manager, Frank Eppolito and he ignored me and the problem. At this point my opinion of Ted Russell was disappointing....until I had the opportunity to work with Garrett Fowler. He is wonderful and took care us in every way! As did Dentis Ball in service who helped get me to work and picked up to get my car and got the work needed done quickly and professionally. And Lincoln Sills was superior in his hard work and dedication to getting us the best financing he could! While we had an unhappy experience with Tom Weiss and Frank Eppolito, the other Ted Russell team members we worked with were wonderful and we will be back next year when it is time to replace our other car. Based on this information I drove 5 hours for a test drive. Tom was very fair on price, and his business manager, Robert Duffy handled my transaction very quickly. The entire transaction including test drive took one and a half hours and I was back on the road home with my car. I highly recommend this team and dealership. (By the way, LC appraisal on trade was done before cosmetic damage.) Had to mail check, but Mike and Lincoln Sills were more than patient and accommodating.
