I was thoroughly impressed with Tom Weiss, his response time to my inquiry and his desire to get me into a vehicle that would work both for my personal needs, as well as my budget. He was very courteous and respectful of my work schedule and preference on communicating via email to keep personal calls to a minimum. Upon meeting him in person, he was equally as courteous and respectful. He provided me with ample knowledge regarding my stated preferences from the pre-owned inventory, and helped determine the best value for me. I was equally impressed with Lincoln Sills. He was very knowledgeable about the financial process and respectful of my budget needs. He was able to explain all of my questions and set up both a suitable payment amount, as well as a preferred payment date, to best suit my budget. First, we had to go hunt a salesman. Then we were insulted for not immediately stating we had thd X plan. We were then offered 1k below the worst NADA value on a 2011 model trade in. Finally, were offered a base model for 84 months that is higher per month than the vehicle we purchased at Larry Hill which was well equipped and less months. Terrible experience, but I guess they are trying to recover the cost of the expensive building and the 160k Gt40 sitting in it. More

I took my 40K vehicle into Ted Russell Ford for an oil change and to rotate the tires, they wrecked it while doing the service. It was less than a year old and was purchased new from them. They said they would do the repair and make it right. When I went to pick up the vehicle the paint job from the repair did not match the rest of it. I stressed I was not satisfied at all. They said it was a perfect match and offered no further way to fix it. We own 3 Fords and they treated us like they could care less. They were negligent with my car when it was in their possession and disrespectful to our wishes about the repair. My vehicle has be devalued and I would not reccommend anyone to give Ted Russell their business. More
