Impressed with staff efforts to serve. I wasn’t happy about paying for insurance on Enterprise vehicle to cover my deductible. Thought Ford should have covered that since it was a recall. I spoke to Jason, who explained that they were severely backed up with work as several mechanics were out. He took the car and said they would do mall they could.
