Horrible service and customer service The service department's customer service skills are just about as terrible as their service capabilities. For the second time within a year, I have r The service department's customer service skills are just about as terrible as their service capabilities. For the second time within a year, I have received my car in worse condition than I left it with them in. After they performed a coolant system recall repair, my car began leaking coolant the following week. The service manager insists this is just a case of "bad luck" (his EXACT words) and not related to them working on the coolant system. I find that extremely hard to believe. This is after an incident earlier this year when I had a routine oil change performed on my car, only to have it returned with the hood latch broken. The service technician owned up to his mistake, only to later have his service manager deny any fault of Fords behalf when we sought to have it repaired. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer care and professionalism from this location's service department. I have been, and would have continued to be, a loyal customer since purchasing my car in 2014. It is safe to say I will now never give another cent to this dealership due to the continued issues with poor quality of service and customer service. I suggest that a much needed audit be completed of this service department's employees and practices as I am sure I am not the only customer that had been lost or will be lost if their malpractice continue. More
