Ted Russell Ford - Parkside

I would not buy a spark plug from Ted Russell after what I have gone through on my new Edge. When I bought the car it needed a trailer hitch and wire harness put on it plus some other things needed replacin I have gone through on my new Edge. When I bought the car it needed a trailer hitch and wire harness put on it plus some other things needed replacing (all they did was cry about the cost after they made the deal). I talked to my sales guy Larry Poole in person, sent him an email and gave him a list when I dropped off clearly stating the trailer plug was to be the round plug (7 pin) connector. Larry called me and told me the kit only came with the rectangle 4 pin connecter so we made plans to take the car to U-Haul and have them do the plug. I pick the car up and find that they went ahead and installed the connector they knew I could not use and notched my bumper to allow for the connector clearance. So now when U-Haul puts the right connector on the car I have a nice chunk out of my bumper for NO reason accept carelessness, and stupidity. When I told the New Car Manager Tim Shaw I needed the bumper replaced because of the screw-up he said no, it was a standard install end of subject. He then told me “Get over it it’s just a car”. Then 5 minutes later lied to my face and said he never said it. This man has ZERO integrity! Then when I started to get mad one of their salesmen got in my face trying to start a confrontation. BUYER BEWARE if you want to deal with a company like Ted Russell Ford/Lincoln. More
