I spoke with multiple people about a 2014 VW sportwagen and even told them that I needed to travel far to come see it so wanted to make sure it was available. I called multiple times on Friday 1/16 and even at 9am on Sat 1/17 (after the car had been delivered). NOBODY told me that the car was being sold.

Jen, I don't appreciate the lack of communication after a promised return phone call. I have called several times and left messages as follow up and still nothing. I have contacted VW directly with my dissatisfaction with this dealerships unsatisfactory customer service! I realize I am out of state but there could be something done.

i think you should consider answering reviews in your own words if i am honest instead of just pasting the same message to everyone sending you a bad review. I have no interest in dealing with you but i feel obliged to warn the rest of the public about what is going on in there. just so you know, i bought an almost identical car the same day that ezekiel cut me off. and i got vw credit's real rate which you guys tried to tell me was 11-13 pct... i got 2.8.... so your finance dept were trying to screw me for 10pct interest rate as well..... a very frightening setup
