Hello Jen, It's hard to believe the service dept values it's customers. I'm sorry but there is no chance I nor my father will step foot back in that service center. VW has my father's info as well as mine. No one reached out via phone call. If someone cared, they would have looked into this, asked questions and have gotten to the bottom of it, but yet it looks like I still have to reach out to explain myself further to get the high quality customer service that VW is supposed to have. At this point there is nothing to resolve. Someone broke my seat, nothing was said about it or done about it. It was left on my plate - customer responsibility to repair it, so therefore, that's what I will do.
