Another Great Experience!!! In October 2013, I purchased a 2013 Sonata GLS. In September of 2015, I made the decision to upgrade. I was greeted professionally and initially serviced by Mr. Pavlik. He then requested Tyler Dickson to assist me with viewing their selections. Mr. Dickson was not aggressive or overwhelming in his sales tactics. He listened to my expectations and desires. After a little while, I was presented with a 2015 Sonata Sport - fully loaded. The color is absolutely beautiful and all of the amenities, bells and whistles took me by surprise. Mr. Dickson exceeded my expectations. Mr. Richard worked the numbers to my favor and I ended up with a lower interest rate and payment than the one that I had with the 2013 Sonata. Miss Jennifer was very helpful as it relates to finalizing the paperwork. She thoroughly explained each document and made the process effortless.
