The people here are very friendly and I feel like we received a fair deal. I deleted a star because there wasn’t a large enough staff there on a Saturday and we were helped by a sales guy who didn’t kn received a fair deal. Our salesman, James Creguer, was excellent. I made an on-line inquiry to the dealership about 6 PM one night, and James called me within 15 minutes. He provided a complete review of the car's features, and spent a lot of time discussing options, costs, rebates, etc. He provided us with an excellent price on a car that many other dealers in Orange County are marking up by $4-5,000. We met with James at the dealership and took a test drive, without him in the car. He was very respectful to my wife, and answered all our questions. We agreed on the terms, and then met with the finance manager, Chris Ramirez. It took less than 15 minutes to complete the deal. James delivered the car to us that night, at our home 75 miles away.
