Cory Miller worked diligently to create an offer that I was financially comfortable with as I came in with negative equity on my trade and challenged credit relatively naive to the financing process. He presented all of my options and patiently answered my questions about purchasing pre-owned vs. brand new and the need for the warranties and gap insurance. Cory truly worked a miracle as I came in with low expectations thinking I might not even drive away in a used vehicle much less a new model! Maria Pereda in finance gave a fantastic final explanation of the finacing details and helped to justify the not so positive aspects of my credit history. She was very kind to my chatty 10 year old and encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty coverage based on our driving habits, even working in the extra cost at a rate that I could afford. 5 stars all around!
