I was told the spark plugs on my vehicle were never replaced. I told my technician they were replaced at a previous visit. He argued with me saying there wasn’t any record of it. Sale's associate lied about free oil changes for life with new Kick purchase; service center claims there is no record of it. No accountability on the dealership's end. 2019 Kick back up camera recall turned into a seventh month long process of getting them to fix their mistake (they broke the radio console and steering wheel buttons were all unusable). I had called two other Nissan service centers who had never heard of that happening and said they unfortunately couldn't help because the Kick was purchased here. Upon telling them this took seven months to order the mysterious part (which I was told was being ordered over six times during that timeframe by various people) they apologized on their behalf. Service center sends you the "correct" answers to their customer service survey trying to bribe you with a service discount to give them a good review. I think I spoke with a Heather (not sure if that's the right name anymore honestly) and an Amanda at one point and yes, all the people who work here are friendly however, nothing got handled timely guys. It was a wild goose chase and that whole survey answer cheat sheet thing seems really shady. Advice for this location: honor what your sales people tell customers and don't lie to customers to cover your mishaps. You guys have jobs but we do to obviously and that was several times I had to take off from work to try to get this fixed after being told to bring it in just to find out the part was still not ordered. The add that brought us in was for a $24 oops change . When I arrived to the appointment I was told that it would almost double for synthetic. This model only takes synthetic, the car was purchased through you and I would expect the dealership to know that when sending this sort of coupon. Secondly , your wait times are incredibly long which is why we come in only when there is a deal to make the wait worthwhile . In the past you have always honored the coupons but now have a disclaimer in the fine print that synthetic will be extra. Lastly, I asked if the technician could see anything disconnected or an issue in general with my remote start . Instead I was pointed to the direction of purchasing an $8 battery when I’ve recently purchased one from you. I thought it would be worth the $8 if it started. It did not , from there I was told to schedule another appointment and pay $150 for a diagnosis. I’ve spent a lot of money there from buying a new car and since transmissions don’t seem to hold up in Altimas and all around general preventative maintenance . I do not feel like there is any benefit going to your location unless I need two hours to knock out a report while I wait on my car to get a simple oil change . More
