We are very happy with Alex, our Service Advisor, he did an outstanding job. However, it seems the Service Dept is critically understaffed (both service advisors and techs) most likely due to COVID. I heard people say they had been waiting for over 6 hours just for an oil change. Our vehicle was there over two-weeks for something that should have taken 3 or 4 days at best. Maybe they should completion expectations during this time. I want to see how the level service is once COVID has past before I make a final review for this dealer.
