I have had my car at Temecula Nissan at least four times in the past 2 months. All for the same reason. The first two times, I was told there was nothing wrong, the third time, I was told they figured it ou in the past 2 months. All for the same reason. The first two times, I was told there was nothing wrong, the third time, I was told they figured it out using computer diagnostics and that it would be $1200 to fix it. My husband and I discussed it as that is a lot of money and my husband didn't want to put any more money back into the car. I was assured this fix would keep me running good for several years and that I would need nothing more than routine oil and filter changes moving forward for some time. I was told it would take 6 hours to complete the work, and my car was there for 6 days before I heard back from anyone to pick it up. The very next day after picking it up, the issue was back. I took my van back into the shop and told 3 days later it will take $1100 to fix the problem. I would have never paid the $1200 a couple weeks ago, if I knew it would require $1100 more to truly solve the problem. I also have had things broken inside my car on two of my recent visits and a we can't help you response when I questioned what happened, other that oh, that will be $800 to repair, and that the other will be $600 to fix. I am super frustrated. I love my van, but it might be time to let it go. More
